Wheather you’re a pro-chef or a foodie…you’ll enjoy our hands-on cheese classes, from beginners hard cheese/ricotta to our Mozzarella stretching and shaping.

Classes include all literature, 3-4 hours duration allows participant to join in with the Master, lastly you’ll get a taste of our production and proudly bring home a piece of the action!

A lucky winner will be drawn to receive our cheese kit.

An amazing place for an intimate dinner with close family and friends. The food is amazing with extra attention paid to every little detail. Be sure to have a few friends in mind and make reservations in advance. Part of the ambiance is a small setting designed for just a few diners at each place setting.

Great food!! We went again the other night. Had some of my absolute favorites – freshly made there on site mozzarella and ricotta (I can’t even begin to describe the yumminess!) And we had amazing new things – smoked trout, duck prosciutto with fruit mostarda, Sopressanta, tuna carbonara. It’s always a taste bud adventure, every time we go!

What a delightful new restaurant. The owners have converted an old BBQ joint into a small, well designed slice of modern Italy. The food is delicious; a mix of dishes from Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Sicily, Naples and others that reflect the owners own backgrounds.
